The one’s tantrum about not having a fixture was cut short by fixture Secretary Pablo who pulled a fixture against Oilers late on. This turn around paid off big time as the 1’s added another clean sheet and 3 points to their tally, taking them back to the summit of the league. They are now a point clear with a game in hand and with two cup games looming this weeks league match against Merton is crucial to cement their position.
Man of the match: Pablo
Result: 2-0 win
The two’s came up a strong Old Manorians side and came away with a respectable 3-1 loss however this ends their involvement in cup competition this season and their hopes of success now lie on stealing promotion. To reach this goal, 3 points are a must this weekend at Civil Service who stole a point from us in the opening match of the season.
Man of the Match: Potential League Form
Result: 1-3 loss
The three’s fixture was called late on due to some poor organisation outside of our control but they head into our local derby this weekend, unbeaten in 6. A win against AP and the promotion talk will be fully warranted.
